Our Startup subscriptions are perfect for small organizations with new CMS-based websites just getting off the ground. You get a little team support from all of us in tandem with hosting you just won't find anywhere else.

Guru Support Privileges

  • Monthly Startup Plan
    $1200 per month for 10 hours (maximum 20 tickets) of Guru support every month
  • Annual Startup Plan
    $6250 per year for 40 hours (maximum 80 tickets) of Guru support in a year

The following commitments for support response and service are included with a Sitesquad Web Division Startup subscription:

  • Critical Hosting and CMS Failures
    24/7 EMS for all hosting and CMS failures resulting in downtime
  • CMS Administrative Support
    Same day 9-5 Monday-Friday Help Desk for CMS problems assisting clients’ self-service
  • Webmaster Support
    2-4 day service/turnaround via Help Desk and/or Basecamp
  • Web Designer Support
    3-5 day service/turnaround via Help Desk and/or Basecamp
  • Software Engineer Support
    Up to 2 week lead time for scheduling of PHP programming
