Young people get the web. Older people, not so much. It's that simple. Forrester Research has published a new report, “The Seven Tenets of the Information Workspace,” with the recommendation that businesses should seek out "millennials," those born between 1980 and 2000, to help them make sense of Web 2.0 technologies and practices.
