Subscription Pricing and Terms

Standard pricing starting at $2500.
Sitesquad Webmaster subscriptions start at $2500 – commensurate with salaries for part-time webmasters, designers or developers. From there, it’s based on your anticipated workloads, the subscriptions you select and any special needs you may have.
No hourly limits.
There are no hourly limits or overages for work within the scope of your subscription. We don’t haggle over hours or a little extra work occassionally. We encourage and foster continuous and proactive improvements. Only when your workloads are consistently exceeding your anticipated demands might we ask for a raise.
A mature, commercial CMS.
We buy and implement for every client EllisLab's ExpressionEngine, a lightweight, yet powerful Web content management system. ExpressionEngine makes publishing and production simple and easy for us and our clients. See our content management consulting page for more details.
Joyent TextDrive Hosting.
We use Joyent’s TextDrive Accelerator hosting. It’s a unique service that offers exceptional performance, flexibility and scalability for organizations serious about their website. We buy and manage individual accounts for each of our customers.
No long-term contracts, no risk.
There are no long-term contracts. We deliver standard terms in writing, but you can cancel anytime. And if you decide to cancel, we’ll turn the hosting account and CMS over to you so there’s no disruption to your site or business.
Always on-call.
We understand our role which is why you get our cell phone numbers. We’re accountable for your website. If something breaks, we’ll fix it at night, over the weekend – basically, as soon as possible.
Weekend help available.
Our work week is Monday-Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (ET). Production, design or development on Saturdays or Sundays is not included, but if you’re in a pinch and you need us to put in some overtime on the weekend, we'll extend that offer at an hourly consulting rate. Of course, if there are problems with your website - e.g. it's down - then it's on us to fix it as soon as possible, Monday-Sunday.
Not for redesigns.
Unfortunately, redesigns just require a different approach to planning and execution. We do them in our consulting practice, however.
Non exclusive.
It’s not our objective to dominate your web work. We co-op well with other design and marketing agencies. In fact, we expect that you'll be working with other firms since we tend focus on day-to-day assignments.
