Back to the Sitesquad proposition

Let me get back to real the business proposition around here - too much ranting and raving about other things. I was working on a project outline for a client and came up with several key objectives of the initiative which really help put our subscription service in context. I'll dive into those points, but first understand our subscriptions are geared for organizations with lots of work. They're not for companies just tip-toeing into the Web.

I’ll hit on these in greater detail later, but here’s the quick list for now:

  1. Establish a single point of accountability for marketers and primary Web stakeholders
  2. Improve reliability using commercial tools and moving serious businesses out of shared hosting environments
  3. Improve productivity without incurring huge costs and risk
  4. Improve accessibility and transparency for all stakeholders
  5. And build professional redundancy, lessing the dependency on a single “Webmaster”

Can you quantify “a lot of work”?  Is that 20 hours of work a week?  5 hours?

Closer to 20, for sure.
