Questions
- Is it really same-day support?
- It is. We can't guarantee every request you make will be of the kind we can complete immediately, but we'll be on task as advertised.
- What's the soft cap reference mean?
- It means that with our 30 / 30 plan, we won't charge you for small overages.
- Will you build custom modules?
- We can do customizations comprising smallish modules, extensions and template overrides, but some requests may represent larger projects we'd have to scope, quote and plan separately. Generally, anything that would exceed your monthly support privileges.
- What if we're not happy?
- You can cancel anytime. There are no long-term contracts. It's all month-to-month.
